The City does not charge for use of the soccer fields of districts (07/11/2014)

Sports Councilman Miguel Cascales, has emphasized that the City does not charge for use of the soccer fields of districts that advocates the development of basic sports and decentralization, so are the Parish of each parish, with football clubs and associations that manage these facilities.

Cascales has stated that it is illegal to charge for use of the soccer fields, and that the City has no formal or official record that is copper.

So he explained that the maintenance of soccer fields Municipal Board and the entities that use it handles, and the Sports Council performs major works, without going into management.

The Plenary of the Municipal Board approves each hamlet which associations and clubs are allowed to use.

In addition, Councilman recalled carrying this management system about 20 years and today nobody has denounced charged for using the facility.

It also notes that in the soccer fields of districts no caretaker hired by the City.

In the municipality there are 45 football fields and more than 40,000 children who play sports.

Cascales question Councilman Ignacio Tornel Izquierda Unida, if what you want is that the City put janitors and management is not in the hands of the clubs, and charged for the use of the facility for parents to have to pay two or three times for their children to soccer practice, he says.

Cascales doubt that IU believes in decentralization and demands that says if you want to be charged for the use of the soccer fields, because if this proposal should consider his resignation instead of asking the others.
