The Department of Employment, Trade and Enterprise, led by José María Torotosa, through the Center for Municipal Initiatives Murcia (CIM-M), continues to implement programs to encourage entrepreneurs, now it launch the "Murcia -Starts Advisor "
For the realization of this program has had the collaboration of various public schools of professional economists, lawyers and Social Graduates of Murcia, which provide services in training sessions, information and advice.
Murcia-Starts Advisor is a program that aims to educate, inform and advise entrepreneurs and SMEs, in addition to providing access to counseling services through actions such as:
- Training workshops that deal with legal, economic, tax, labor issues etc., as it comes to issues that need to know all those entrepreneurs who want to set up in the city of Murcia and existing SMEs.
- Information Channel.
Dissemination of news about a rules or regulations that may be of interest to those who are beneficiaries of the program.
- Advising Day.
Award "check-Advisor" as "personal check".
The entrepreneur that has this check will benefit from counseling program.
The beneficiaries will be those who have the status of a member of CIM-M.
They may be members of the CIM-M: entrepreneurs, individuals who start their business regardless of the legal form chosen, whether individual companies entrepreneurs (self-employed), micro and start-ups.
The actions to be performed are:
I. Training days, taught by professional associations that work in the program.
The Conference will focus on issues of interest to the beneficiaries.
Each of the professional bodies develop at least one day of training in the first period of program implementation.
Information Days II: Newsletter.
Professional associations that collaborate in the program will share news and information on regulations, legislation and other aspects which may be related to the content of this program so that by the Municipal Initiatives Center can provide referrals diffusion content and direct beneficiaries of the program and include it in your distribution channels, such as social networks, websites etc.
III Conference Advisory: Check-entrepreneur, which will have two phases of action:
1 Definition of the collaboration of professional associations.
- The Official Bar Association, through its colleges provide civil legal services, counseling, business, labor, and tax.
- The Association of Economists and Commercial and Business Graduates, conducted counseling efforts for the establishment of businesses, tax advice and general inquiries to the company.
- The Graduate College of Social Work will provide job counseling and attend consultations.
2 Derivation of program beneficiary to the bar.
The municipal officers, after the assessment and study of the business project will proceed to the processing of the provision of counseling, completing the document enabled for it, which include the information of the beneficiary will be done, professional vocational school that is derived or has been designated for this purpose by the said College, service has to provide, under the charter service that has been incorporated into the program.
3rd Assessment and program control.

Handling advice:
ď‚· Presentation of the business idea in the CIM-M
ď‚· Assessment and Project Study for the Municipal Technical.
ď‚· Issuance of Document (Check-Adviser) and approval of the referral to the relevant professional association or professional.
ď‚· Provision of advisory service.
ď‚· Submission of confirmation of delivery thereof.
ď‚· Assessment of the Grantee.
The entrepreneur Cheque will be issued in duplicate by the CIM-M and have the user data, the profession or the referee, if any and the service to be provided.
The check shall be signed by the technician Hall.
Upon completion of service, will sign the referee and users, leaving a copy in the hands of a professional and the other copy will be delivered to the CIM-M.
The amount for the service will be paid by the municipality of Murcia the relevant professional body, to send checks-made entrepreneurs, to process your payment and subsequent entry of the emission corresponding to the features of the Professional Association bill.
