Terra Natura Murcia is integrated into the conservation program Brazza monkeys (04/11/2014)

The nature and animal park Terra Natura Murcia has formed a task Brazza monkeys (Cercopithecus neglectus), also known as monkey bishops, after joining the conservation program for this species.

Thus, the complex will be part of the small group of Spanish zoos that have this species and groups involved in the project to conserve the species.

With this performance, Murcia joins other cities like Barcelona, ​​Valencia, Marbella and Santander already had a group of Brazza monkeys in zoos in these cities.

The group Terra Natura Murcia is composed of three males between four and six years, weighing between five and about seven kilos.
