The Socialist Group will ask the PP to enforce the law and remove the cranes which will remain unfinished in many works of Murcia (27/10/2014)

The Socialist councilor Andrea Garrie pose an initiative in Parliament on Thursday asking the PP to take action and address the situation, which is already part of the urban landscape Murcia- many unfinished buildings, surrounded by cranes and other structures that lack maintenance and are generating enormous public concern.

Not the first time Garrie strikes the House Government in this regard;

and the outlook is also bleak denounced for, carries clear risks for residents who live along these unfinished buildings and associated cranes.

Thus, the PSOE mayor referred to TorreagĂźera five buildings of this kind, most of them with cranes without sidewalks around the buildings.

Garrie has already submitted a request last year to the House asking the PP to withdraw these cranes to ensure safety of residents and, today, still in the same place, hindering economic and social development of the area by not having sidewalks or parking areas required in a particularly busy stretch.

Beniaján not escape this problem.

There are two buildings on the road to San Javier, one next to the bridge, and the other on the corner of streets Viudes Nieves Romero.

The first explains the socialist mayor is almost over, but the sidewalks, before the work is badly damaged;

and the second has crane, fencing is broken and you are not made sidewalks.

This last unfinished building is causing serious inconvenience to the residents, including the local police had to address citizen complaints, especially those windy days.

Something similar happens in Los Ramos, around Avenida de Murcia, where several structures and crane protruding into the road in about urbanizasión unfinished works are not even made the sidewalks.

This type of situation continues to Garries- Stables, between the street Virgili Augustine and Gregory Martinez Montesinos, where a building was left standing for a few years and the crane is still pending, with no connection to the mains, or any type of conservation.

Furthermore, in the pit where the crane is subject rainwater accumulates, with the danger that this may cause in the foundation and causing concern for residents of the area.
