The Plaza de San Pedro Market and hosts the Traditional Halloween (24/10/2014)

The Plaza de San Pedro de Murcia hosts from today until the 9th of November, the Traditional Market of All Saints, which is organized every year on the occasion of the feast of November 1.

The sale of local products will be held from October 24 to November 9.

The removal of the posts will be held on 10 and 11 November.

This Market, which is made for decades in the Plaza de San Pedro, is the most traditional of the area, and it can be found in the most varied products of the Region of Murcia: fig bread, porridge flour, orange blossom honey, the fritters of various kinds, holy bones and of course, the syrup and calabazate.

Councilman Markets, Consumption and Decentralization, Christopher Smith, held this morning a meeting with the heads of the four posts and says that the sale of typical products is a nearly century-old tradition that has to continue to retain and maintained.

Murcia City Council has recently signed a cooperation agreement with the Association of Craftsmen and Tradesmen of Traditional Market All Saints to encourage consumption and preserve the tradition of the typical products of the holiday.
