The University of Murcia is hosting the "Advance Management Program" (22/10/2014)

The courses encourage the connection of SMEs to college while approaching the new trends and strategies that can grow and be more competitive both nationally and internationally.

The Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Murcia welcomes tomorrow, day 23, and Friday the Advance Course in Business Management powered by Banco Santander, which aims to update and development of entrepreneurs and managers of SMEs in the Region in matters of topical and strategic interest.

Training, 40 hours of classroom, is eminently practical and develops along three alternate weeks (with sessions on Thursday and Friday).

Future sessions are on 6, 7, 20 and 21 November.

Workshops approach employers to the latest educational trends, generate a climate of interaction and exchange of experiences and foster good relations between SMEs and universities, linking their needs with knowledge and innovation environments.

The courses are coordinated by the International Centre Santander Entrepreneurship (CISE) and are taught by senior executives - Teachers School of Industrial Organization (EOI) that combine an established academic career with extensive professional experience in directors- posts.

The methodologies used are eminently practical and do focus on action and experimentation through case studies and workshops.

"The customer and business strategy", "A new management" or "In a global world, why and when to internationalize" are some of the topics covered in this program created to help professionals SMEs to identify trends and understand the tools and strategies of creativity and innovation that enable them to grow and become more competitive.

The course is part of the Advance program Santander Banco Santander has launched last March 25 to promote the development of SMEs and support them in their growth.

To do this, Santander has put his skills available to SMEs in five main areas: Talent and Training, Employment, Internationalization, Connectivity and Financing.

The Advance Course in Business Management is a mainstay within this comprehensive response that the bank provides to SMEs to help them become more prepared and competitive enterprises.
