Doctors professors at the University of Murcia participate in faculty meetings although they are employed (08/10/2014)

Teachers and professors doctors of the University of Murcia, regardless of whether they are employees or contractors, may participate in the Faculty Boards, under the resolution adopted by the Governing Council of this educational institution.

This measure adapts the composition of the governing bodies to the provisions of the Universities Act, and definitely will be cemented with the upcoming reform of the Statute of the University of Murcia.

In this same line of equal rights and duties of teachers hired doctors to officials, the Council also approved partners and assistants and administrative staff and faculty services can carry out the co-supervision of research projects and organize and conduct training activities, summer schools and other own studies.
