Food industry business leaders are meeting in conference at the University of Murcia (08/10/2014)

The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Murcia will host the 9th and 10th of October a conference, in which the participation of relevant companies, will talk about what's new in the food industry and the importance of innovation in the sector.

The papers, among which it includes the famous chef Firo Vázquez, Restaurante El Olivar de Moratalla, will focus on topics such as innovation in infant feeding, new technologies in system cleaning and disinfection, organic nutrition or new natural ingredients industry or the future of the plant remains.

It will also report on R & D in the dairy industry, innovation in the goat sector, the creation and launch of a new product, quality brands of wines for export and innovation management.

The meeting businesses Hero, Cofrusa Puleva Institute of Nutrition, Verdifresh, Agrovin, Culmarex Group, Via Nature, Innofood, Prosur, Calemur, Proquimia, besides the aforementioned restaurant and Tourism Qualification Centre Region participate Murcia.Las workshops have been organized by the Department of Food Technology, Nutrition and Food Science University, in collaboration with the National Association of Researchers, Doctors, Lawyers, Graduate Student Science and Food Technology (ANCYTA).

The inauguration will be the responsibility of the Vice Chancellor for Research, Juan Antonio García, in a ceremony to be held on Thursday, at 9:00 pm in the Aula Magna of the center, with assistance from the Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Antonio Rouco ;

Association president, Juan Manuel Garcia, and the directors of the conference, teachers Linares and Ana Maria Belen Belen Bautista.
