The University of Murcia has approved the allocation of 500,000 euros of EU funding for Erasmus student mobility grants, according to information provided to the Governing Board of this educational institution.
The agreement states that 169 students from disadvantaged backgrounds, who have generally grant from the Ministry, a total of 233,300 euros will be distributed.
These students receive extra hundred euros per month, with a maximum of five months of these European funds.
Moreover, 196 students, depending on their grade point average, will receive, in total, the amount of 266,350 euros.
The report adds that remain to fund 167 students, for a total of 226,000 euros, an amount for which it already has resources Banco Santander, European funds support management Erasmus and support program to be announced, will deliver the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia.
The Governing Council of the University has approved, on the other hand, modification of the framework regulation centers, according to which department managers with permanent institution linking doctors and teachers are entitled to speak and vote at meetings of center although this relationship is not working and civil service.
This university governing body also approved accession to the Pact for Transparency and Good Governance in the Region of Murcia.
