The Catholic University of Murcia has received this afternoon to first-year students of the Bachelor of Medicine;

all with outstanding academic records.

During the event, which was attended accompanied by family members, the Dean of the title, Jerome Lajara, has shelled the main features of Grado, seated on training excellence.

Lajara has been identified as one of the novelties of this course acquire a birthing simulator, which binds to the facilities and equipment plus pointer market that already has the institution;

and recalled that promotes UCAM preparing their medical students facing the MIR from the first year.

Subsequently, the Dean of the Degree in Medicine, by the dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Andrés Martínez-Almagro, attendees have shown innovative installations that have students title such as skills rooms, simulation or dissection, among others.

In this regard, it is noteworthy hallmark of UCAM using a teaching methodology based on individualized instruction and small groups, allowing each of the students receive a comprehensive practical training.

Distinctions

In the course of the act, the UCAM has awarded medical students with the best academic records, the CTO Scholarship, awarded by the trainer MIR company with which the institution has a partnership agreement, which is funding enrollment of the winners.

The winners were Paula and Rocio Molina Párraga, having last year, the first and second best academic record in First;

and Jose Navarro, for being the best student in second.
