Municipal councilor, Juan Patricio Castro Socialist Group at the next plenary prompted by a motion that the technical and legal services of the City of Murcia deciding on the implementation of the New Condomima planning agreement and the obligations it assumed in 2001 the corporation of Samper.
. Castro recalls, "the agreement signed between the city of Murcia and Sports Management and Project Commercial SL stipulated the obligation of such corporation to execute a project divided into five sections: sports complex (consisting of a football stadium a municipal golf course, a sports city, a sports medicine center and a residence for athletes), resort, residential and golf, shopping complex, business and convention center.
PSOE Councillor for "just shop around this area north of the city to see even half of the things that appeared in the agreement are constructed: no trace of the sports or the municipal golf course .. . The reality is that there is a new stadium and Real Murcia in Segunda División B thanks to the mismanagement of Samper's complicity with Camera and Cascales ".
Castro said that "from the Municipal Socialist Group understand that there flagrant breaches as to the obligations assumed by the entity that signed the agreement and partially developed New Condomina".
