More than twenty ONG'Ds municipality working in international cooperation will show their work during the week of Cooperating, held from 22 to 27 September.
During these days it is intended to inform the work of these organizations and Murcia society aware of the importance of volunteering and the need to help the poorest countries.
The Councillor for Equality Policies and Development Cooperation, Alicia Barquero, has indicated that it planned talks, exhibitions and fair organizations, to be held in Santo Domingo, about cooperation and the work of these entities.
Cooperating Week is celebrated since 2009.
The Cooperation Day, which was observed on September 8, recognizes the efforts of more than 1,400 Spaniards working in the most disadvantaged areas of the Earth.
Coincides with the Millennium Declaration of the United Nations where 189 Heads of State committed themselves to the Millennium Development Goals.

The ONG'D Karit Solidarity for Peace inaugurates photo exhibition 'Africa and Peru', in the exhibition hall of the Municipal Center of El Carmen.
The exhibition will be open until September 28, Monday to Friday from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 17.00 to 20.00 hours.

The ONG'D Karit Solidarity for Peace offers a talk on his work in Africa and Peru 50 students from Primary 5 CIS Studies Center (Malecón walk-Murcia).

Fair cooperating
The Fair will open on Thursday, August 25 at 12:30 in the Plaza de Santo Domingo.
Will be open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 12.00 to 14.00 hours and from 18.00 to 21.00.
