Arab cuisine has been chosen this morning to start programming Gastronomic Culture Room Raimundo González, during the September Fair of Murcia.
In addition to the development of Murcia typical recipes, classroom managers wanted to pay tribute, in its first meeting in September 2014, the Moors and Christians from Murcia.
Delia Ruiz-Funes Torrano (Taller de Cocinoterapia) devoted her cooking class kitchen to blackberry and make the following dishes:
- Moorish tea with pine nuts
- Briouats almonds and honey
- Tamer (dates and apricots with chocolate)
Ruiz-Funes Torrano has also offered a brief introduction to the origin and typical Arabic food products.
Next Thursday, September 11th, classroom, located in the Market Square Veronicas Murcia will host a demonstration of Christian cuisine from 11.30.
