The council of the Socialist Group, Susana Hernandez asks the Team Popular Party government to urgently intervene in the conflict in the service concessionaire Help domcilio, at the announcement of a call for indefinite strike from September 9.
The PSOE mayor said that this service is one of the pillars in the portfolio of social services of the City of Murcia with nearly two thousand users.
"It is unacceptable that a labor dispute ends deteriorating service quality," adds Socialist councilor.
Susana Hernandez recalls that "service users home help from this year are paying a copayment imposed by the PP to receive this benefit and now are going to be affected by the internal problems of the concessionaire".
In addition, Hernandez moved the Socialist Group support the nearly 300 employees of the company have been suffering delays on the payroll for months, publicly denouncing working conditions for a long time with concentrations even at the gates of the city of Murcia without the Government local reactions.
"It is unacceptable for a company that works for the City does not pay its workers, Pelegrin has to take up the matter immediately," adds the PSOE councilor.
In this sense, the socialist mayor will ask the government team all information regarding the record of this municipal concession and reiterates that the Department of Social Welfare can not stand idly by the possibility that the service is interrupted in September by the strike of workers legitimately defend their rights.
