The Socialist Group urges Fuentes to notify court alleged irregularities in opposition library assistant (18/08/2014)

The PSOE mayor said that the Socialist Group to the fundamental objective of the commission of inquiry on the opposition library to examine the process and test planning, because the leaks clearly beyond the powers of the commission

The Socialist councilor José Zapata said today in relation to the commission of inquiry to be held on September 1 on the opposition of libraries "in the Socialist Group we do not support or question the opponents and the members of the court as if it were a summary trial that also exceeds our powers. "

For Zapata, the essential purpose of the committee is to analyze the planning and testing procedure to discern whether ensured equal opportunities for all opponents and their anonymity.

This should be our main concern and we must be extremely rigorous reiterated the mayor of the PSOE because it is a screening test that generate great enthusiasm, effort and future expectations in many people, especially in the current situation, with nearly 45,000 unemployed in our town and a very unfavorable economic circumstances.

About leaks, Zapata has made clear that such allegations clearly beyond the powers of the commission and do not correspond to us, but the police and judiciary.

In this sense, the Socialist councilor asked today by writing to the mayor Nuria Fuentes if the City Council has taken up the matter and has informed the Justice and Police that evidence.
