Note from SIME Regarding the competition notice - opposition to the creation of a waiting list of Library Assistant (12/08/2014)

FIRST.

On 10 May 2014 the foundations of the aforementioned notice is published.

Subsequently, namely May 15, 2014, was published in a decree of BORM Councillor Recruitment and modifying the base Heritage fifth paragraph practical test, the basis of the call of the contest - opposition.

This modification resulted in the elimination of actual bibliographic sources that prepare general contents that would relate the practical test.

SECOND.

The court appointed a number of auxiliary court with the task of supervising the conduct of a test.

We do not know the procedure and the criteria used for the selection of these personnel.

Disciplinary and criminal liabilities they might incur public employees who have participated in the selection process and the political responsibilities arising from these events are purged.

Practice test performed is canceled as we believe they have not safeguarded the principles of equality, merit and ability.
