Regarding the documentation submitted by the Real Murcia CF, SAD, by letter that had its entry in the General Register of the National Football League, as of July 31, 2014, interesting entry on the official competition of professional character in the 2014/2015 season and subsequent admission as an associate of the National Football League, the Executive Committee, in exercise of the powers conferred by statute has has agreed unanimously to ratify the refusal of registration of the said SAD in the official competition of professional character for Season 2014/2015.
This decision was communicated on July 31, 2014, by failing to comply with legal and regulatory requirements for participation in professional competitions, particularly for engaging in the case referred to in paragraph c) of Article 55 (non-compliance financial economic ratios set out in paragraph 17 of Article 55 of the Bylaws) and also having been sanctioned by the Disciplinary Judge with "Demotion" and ancillary fine of 180,303.63 -. € , under the 2/2014-15 record, to attend recidivism.
In accordance with the provisions of the penultimate paragraph of Article 54 of the Bylaws, produced non-registration of Real Murcia CF, SAD, professional competition for the mentioned reasons, it has to proceed to fill the vacancy in accordance with criteria and agreed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held in Seville on November 15, 2013, corresponding fill the vacancy referred to Mirandés Sports Club, SAD, having obtained the best rating in the relegation zone at the end of season 2013/14.
