The UCAM co-finance the recruitment of researchers by companies in the region (30/07/2014)

It is aimed at companies in the region interested in promoting research, development and innovation, and university graduates with master's degree and are interested in developing their research in industry

With a room full of entrepreneurs and related business world institutions, departments responsible for R & D and technology centers managers was held this morning, the presentation of the Programme of Industrial Doctors of the Catholic University of Murcia, a pioneering initiative in the Spanish universities, and companies in which the CROEM, doctoral, and UCAM are involved through its Instituto Tecnológico de Murcia and the Research.

The program, which is already open call 2014-15, whose main objective is promoting innovation in SMEs for that purpose, qualified personnel in the field of research.

To this end, the University initially allocate 200,000 euros, to co-finance 50% of the salary of the researcher and doctoral rates.

Research Plan

As pointed out by the rector of the UCAM, Josefina Garcia, Industrial Doctorates are framed in the Strategic Research Plan account with which the university.
