A group of children suffering from haemophilia or carriers this morning visited the city of Murcia and have been received this morning by the Councillor for Social Welfare and Health, María del Carmen Pelegrin, who thanked the impeccable work of professionals who work daily with small, while recalled that "25 years is getting young people in the Plenary Hall of the City of Murcia".
Small, a total of 51 aged between 8 and 12 years and from Spain, take advantage of these days to know the region and learn to live with their illness.
Children participate in Hemophilia Training Workshops organized by the Murcia Regional Hemophilia Association in collaboration with the National Federation from 14 to 26 July.
This morning I visited the headquarters of the Regional Government, the Science Museum and the Water and, after a visit to City Hall, go eat at one of the most emblematic restaurants Murcia town.
For twelve days the young have learned to administer the treatment to be followed, have held talks with doctors and have undergone medical examinations.
María del Carmen Pelegrin also explained to the peculiarities of the small town, has spoken of the river and of the monuments that can be visited in Murcia.
