Councilman Jose Zapata Socialist Group defend a motion in Parliament this month urging the mayor of Human Resources, Nuria Fuentes, explaining in detail how many workers of social partnership has hired the City from January 2014 to the time, date and category of contracts, as well as the professional profiles required of the Employment and Training Service (SEF) to cover these positions.

"We will require sources to clarify one by one all these points," said Zapata, who warns that this is a very delicate matter for local government because even you may have incurred in prevarication, following the judgment of Supreme Court has established case law regarding this type of contracts that can no longer be used to fill permanent or structural positions, in the case of the City, a total of 480 posts in social collaboration, not counting new hires that have occurred since early this year.

In this sense, the PSOE mayor does not leave astonished to note how far this type of reduced hiring continues to expand, despite being an abuse of the PP La Glorieta been practiced for a long time and that the Supreme Court already condemned by unacceptable.

Therefore, Zapata asked the full list of workers who were rehired by the method of social collaboration and relevant reports to justify these hires.
