The Board urges the Government to amend the Land Registry endpoints of developable land sectored (09/07/2014)

One of the resolutions adopted today by the Board has been urging the government to amend the Land Registry endpoints of sectored urban land.

With this proposal, the government team understands that may be solution to the problem in certain areas, not being urban, are not labeled as rustic, for inclusion in the Municipal Plan les generated a higher subjective value to the rustic "Proper ".

The modification proposed by the Council aims to give more concrete situations that arise at present in certain areas of town response.

At the same time, in the same resolution, the City proposes a mechanism that may be suitable for solving this problem, it would be by modifying the second-transitional provision relating to cadastral valuation of real estate rustic-of Legislative Royal Decree 1 / 2004 by approving the revised text of the Law on Real Estate Cadastre, while the resulting legal rules are changed.
