The Full Council of Murcia has approved an alternative motion of the Municipal People with the votes for and against PP PSOE, IU and UPyD to "continue to maintain, within the powers having the City, schools Nursery, Primary and Special Education to provide the best quality education to Murcia. "

The Councillor for Education, Maria Dolores Sánchez, presented an alternative to a proposal by the Municipal Socialist Group on the CEIP Sculptor González Moreno Aljucer motion.

Sanchez explained that most of the PSOE claims are the responsibility of the region and the issues that the City Council has attribution is working, as in other schools, to offer quality facilities.

So this summer are planned maintenance and repair in the CEIP Sculptor González Moreno totaling 61,344 euros.
