The National Police arrested a woman for fraudulently offer herself occupied housing (26/06/2014)

Agents of the National Police have arrested a woman in Murcia for being the author of an alleged crime of fraud by fraudulently charging advances initial deposit and rental fees to prospective tenants to the housing offered herself occupied, having rented one room.

The investigation of these events is initiated following complaints received by the District Police San Andrés, of citizens who reported having rented an apartment in the city of Murcia, signing a lease and delivering an amount of bail;

after checking, to go to the house, they could not enter because the keys were false and the house was occupied by other people.

As evidenced by the research carried out, the now detained, rented the apartment she shared with two other people doing the same on Internet advertising;

contacted with the victims;

taught them the house when it was empty;

drafted a contract with false data and charge them within rental and deposit, then disappearing, she can not contact prospective tenants.

Once identified, the agents came to his arrest on June 19, pudiéndole attributed at least four criminal acts in which each of them would have ripped about 700 euros.

The arrested, 29-year-old Belgian national, is accused of a crime of fraud.

The operation was carried out by agents of the Group of Judicial Police District Police San Andrés, the Police Headquarters of Murcia.
