The municipal Urbanizadora, Urbamusa, held this morning the General Meeting and the meeting of the Board of Directors to appoint new directors.
New members of the Board representing the Autonomous Community are the Director of Development, Public Works and Planning, Manuel Campos Sánchez;
Secretary General of Development, Public Works and Planning, Amador García López;
and the Secretary General of Finance, Fernando López Miras.
Remains part of the Council's Director of Architecture, Housing and Land of the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Planning, Yolanda Muñoz Gómez.
Cease as members of the Board of Directors of Urbamusa Sevilla Antonio Recio, Maria Isabel Sola Ruiz and Eduardo Gil Linares.
Urbamusa is a publicly held company owned by the city of Murcia and the region.
Its chairman is the mayor Murcia, Miguel Ángel Cámara.
Urbamusa work in drafting studies and projects on local and regional housing needs;
promotes and manages land, offering information services, management and administration Compensation Boards of private initiative;
works to promote cooperative and collaboration with government in public housing developments and rehabilitation of significant neighborhoods, as were the Santa María de Gracia, Vistabella, Los Almendros (La Alberca) and currently Los Rosales (El Palmar) ;
and is also responsible for the recruitment, management and execution of large infrastructure such as coastal North and South.
The Board of Directors, at its meeting on March 31, approved for study at the General Meeting of Urbamusa the annual accounts, management report and implementation results for the financial year 2013, which were adopted at its meeting today.
Also the Board of Directors has approved this morning the safety and health plans, appointment of health and safety coordinators and consolidated texts of the various projects of Coastal North and South, whose works are underway.
