The Socialist Group requires House to immediately stop the headman of Santa Cruz condemned by the demolition of the mill Oliver (13/06/2014)

Councilman Jose Zapata Socialist Group returns to ask the mayor of Murcia, Miguel Ángel Cámara, immediately stop the headman of Santa Cruz, Sigifredo Hernandez, after being convicted of shooting down Oliver Mill, in the parish of Aljucer.

In this sense, Zapata recalls that the Socialist Group has repeatedly asked of them even at a sitting-cessation village headman protect Sigifredo Hernandez, president of the Board of Landowners, all kinds of outrages that are running the Huerta de Murcia.

The demolition of a Cultural Oliver as the mill, for which he was sentenced yesterday, outrages such as the works of piping and unlicensed Pitarque added the ditch, El Esparragal;

despite the stay order of the same issued by the Department of Planning;

and the construction of a bridge in the ditch Barriers Speck triggered landslides in the area, putting at risk-by-risk flood the homes of more than 40 neighbors.

Therefore, and despite the rejection of the PP, the socialist mayor again insists that the village headman of Santa Cruz can not continue to represent the City Council because, in addition to its ongoing abuses in the Huerta, disobeys, with impunity, orders local government;

and continues to exert a disastrous front of the Board of Management Landowners.

"We hope that on this occasion and for the good of the institution and Huerta, mayor of Murcia take action on the matter and cease immediately," said Zapata, who believes that to end the chairman of the Joint Landowners should resign as president of the Council of Wise Men since been convicted of a crime.
