The Governing Board of the City of Murcia has given the green light in recent weeks to call for subsidies given to associations, groups or entities carrying out activities or programs of social and cultural activities in neighborhoods and districts of the town, amounting 122 max. 290 euros.
The Department of Markets, Consumption and Decentralization, directed Christopher Smith poses as one of its priorities, strengthen partnerships and groups in the municipality of Murcia collaborating in generating planned activities of cultural and social.
These grants are intended to support the development of initiatives submitted by object a special social and cultural benefit to all the residents of the municipality of Murcia.
They may request grant any association, group or entity, and individuals to conduct their activities mainly in neighborhoods and districts of the municipality of Murcia.
For the award of grants will be assessed:
- The scope of the applicant.
- What activities are open and encourage the participation of citizens in the planning and implementation of the same.
The viability of the project in terms of financing planned.
- The social and cultural interest of the project presented.
- That the planning and objectives are clearly exposed.
- The integration of the gender perspective in the different phases of the performance.
- Actions to disadvantaged sectors such as children, women and immigration population.
- It promotes equal opportunities between men and women.
- Proposals issued by the Neighborhood within its scope.
