The Plaza de la Universidad de Murcia has experienced an emotional evening as the Choir Murciano Fernández Caballero ended the program of activities organized to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the group.
At the concert, which lasted about 30 minutes, have performed all sections of the Choir (Small, Child, Youth and Holder and his Symphony Orchestra), composed of about 300 members, who have played two pieces of African music "why we sing together" and the Hymn to Murcia.
The concert was directed by the director of the Choir Murciano Fernández Caballero, Margarita Muñoz School.
The Councillor for Culture, Rafael Gomez, who has not wanted to miss the closing, said that the Murciano Choir "Fernández Caballero" is one of the most prestigious choral groups in our country.
It should also be noted that the Choir is the Dean of the choirs of the Region of Murcia and the benchmark for a large number of groups both regionally and nationally
