The City Council and the Board of Landowners create a commission to study the cases of IBI Orchard (28/05/2014)

The Governing Body of the City of Murcia has agreed this morning the creation of a committee to address issues of owners with land developable character, undeveloped, for cultivation, found in garden areas and whose partial plans have not been developed.

The purpose of the committee is to address each case individually.

To propose changes that reduce the impact of the assessed valuation in the amount of IBI, taking into account the actual use of the land today, the Governing Board has also agreed at the service of citizens with a specific point of care the public to receive information and interested persons to submit their applications in the study commission.

The specific point of citizen services, which will open on Thursday, will be located in the building of Urbanism, located at Avenida de Abenarabi.
