Desiré Gallegos Muñoz and students in grades 5 school Narciso Yepes and La Merced-Fuensanta have starred the ceremony held this morning at City Hall by the Federation of Neighborhood Associations of the Municipality of Murcia, which has been attended by the Mayor, Miguel Ángel House.
