Paula Sabater de Alba, with its nice plate with tomatoes, garlic and pickled white has won the first prize in the Municipal Contest Creajoven, worth 1,000 euros.
The second prize, 350 euro each, have been for Jesus Antonio Carbonell Ibanez with his Sardinian dish huertano salting, and Adrian Novas Piñero onions with tuna taco 'false dashi' roe
mullet.
A final, held yesterday at the Tourism Qualification Center, there have been seven young chefs.
The recipes are original and self-created and have salted fish as the main ingredient.
The winning recipes will be collected in a publication and the winners will have the opportunity to participate in the Biennial of Young Artists from Europe and the Mediterranean 2015.
The jury was formed by technicians María Cruz García García, Francisco José Sancho Larrosa, David Lopez Carreño, Antonio Chacón García and Juan Albaladejo, as secretary.
The Creajoven event is organized by the Department of Sports, Youth and Tourism.
