Eight young chefs compete tomorrow in the final of Gastronomy Creajoven (22/05/2014)

Eight young chefs compete tomorrow in the final of Gastronomy Creajoven.

Participants will have to cook your dish in Tourism Qualification Centre, from 17 to 20.10.

At 2045 hours will be announced the result of the jury.

This time the dishes, which are self-created, whose main ingredient salted fish.

The winner gets a prize of 1,000 euros and two second prizes of $ 350 each will be awarded.

The winning recipes will be published and the winners will choose to participate in the Biennial of Young Artists from Europe and the Mediterranean 2015.

The jury is chaired by the Councillor for Sports, Youth and Tourism, Miguel Cascales, and has the technical Maria Cruz García García, Francisco José Sancho Larrosa, David Carreño López, Pablo Martínez García López and Juan Albaladejo, as secretary.

The finalists and their dishes are:

Sergio García-Large fries with salad dwell with smoked herring, salted flank tuna and cuttlefish noodles.

Pedro Ortega-Buitrago with salted shrimp with aioli macadamia nuts, honey and lemon air.

-Augustine Gálvez Quiñonero with salted bonito sashimi on toast cuquillo, xanfaina, fried almonds, mayonnaise and pickle and lime cilantro vinaigrette.

-Juan David González Azor Land Sea and salted sardines, garlic soup, asparagus and hollandaise.

-Adrian Novas Piñero onions with tuna taco 'false dashi' mullet roe.

Maria Jose Martinez-Vicente with nice salted, tomato pearls, habitats and almond milk infused with galanga.

-Paula Sabater Alba with Tuna with tomato, white garlic and pickles.

-Antonio Ibanez with Jesus Carbonell Sarda in huertano salting.

Access to the final is free to the public.
