74 women victims of domestic violence involved in training courses to facilitate Insert day labor and economic independence from the abuser.

The courses are taught by Radio ECCA Canary Foundation with support from the city of Murcia, the region and the European Social Fund within the program Avanza woman.

Training courses Assistant Home Help develop the October 15, 2013 to June 30, 2014, and include placements in the region.

Workshops have been conducted social skills and self-esteem, job interview preparation, computer literacy and job search training, internet as a tool for job search and training and home care assistant.

In addition, it has been offered to the students comprehensive social care, tutoring individual professional guidance, pre-employment workshops and job placement service.

This program aims to improve the employability and achieve socio employment of women victims of violence, conducting a personalized itinerary that features inset social care, tutoring, career guidance and individualized assistance to different courses.

The program is complemented by a survey and brokerage service job in which contact with companies to capture vacancies offered to users.

He has contacted 40 companies in the region, and have already achieved 28 women employment.
