Dolores Ruiz Marín was the winner of the XI and Flowers Painting Competition Books, organized by the Department of Equality Policy and intended associations and Centers for Women.
The work is titled 'Journal' and is awarded the Center for Women Emilia Pardo Bazán.
The prize is 200 euros.
The work 'Flowers and Books' of Josefa Romero Nicholas Center Women Federica Montseny, has been honored with a mention, equipped with 100 euros.
The selected works exhibition can be visited until 23 May at the Women's Center of Santa María de Gracia (plaza de Toledo, 3).
At 17.30 hours to 19.30 hours.
Councilmember Equality Policy and Development Cooperation, Alicia Barquero, explained that the event is in collaboration with the Regional Foundation Friends of Reading, organized, together with the Department, the workshops encourage reading in women's associations.
The aim of the competition is to unite painting and literature.
The jury was composed of Concepción Otero and Pilar Parra Ortega, painters of the Association of Friends of the Párraga Painting and Encarnación García, president of the Friends of Reading Foundation.
The competition was presented 18 works belonging to 9 Centers for Women.
