The Department of Environment, directed Adela Martinez-Cache has started emptying and cleaning of lakes Murcia.
The Department of Environment, which aims to always keep in good condition the lakes and fountains of the municipality, performs daily cleaning of lakes and surface sources (leaf removal, plastics, bottles or any object that floats on the lake or source ).
Regarding the deep cleaning of the lakes, the Department conducts two thorough cleanings throughout the year, which involves emptying, stealing fish cleaning sludge and walls as well as the repair of geysers.
Work will begin Monday morning and will be in the following lakes: Lake Salitre (two days), Lake Park Fofo (two days), La Seda (four days), Lake Watchtowers (also two days), the Round Lake South (two days) and San Ginés (one day).
