The Socialist councilor Juan Patricio Castro claim by a motion of urgent actions to provide an attractive image to this shopping area next to the food market and the remedying of different damage
The Socialist councilor Juan Patricio Castro defend at the next plenary urgent improvements to the shopping arcade of San Andrés, completely abandoned by the municipal government of the PP.
Castro said that the situation of the commercial gallery San Andrés is no exception but an over the bad situation we are in Murcia traditional commerce because of the policy to support such large stores.
The Socialist councilor said that the facilities have been progressively deteriorating to present an unattractive appearance to customers.
As described by the socialist mayor, "the bathrooms leave much to be desired, the air conditioning does not work, the interior lighting needs to be improved as well as the floor and the front of the gallery."
"A picture of neglect this," Castro added, "we must add the four local carrying several closed years without win although we are aware that the City has received applications from people interested in starting their business and thus revitalize the arcade ".
