Councilwoman Rosa Mar Municipal Socialist Group this morning has demanded an urgent solution for families living in the building Gambín Orchard Street No. 3, in the neighborhood of San Andrés, at the risk of collapse of these public housing.
Rosa Mar, who today visited the neighbors, together with the Socialist spokesman, Pedro López, recalled that these 20 families are in legal limbo.
"The houses that belonged to the former Board Francisco Franco, and the property is currently shared between the municipality and the Ministry of Finance in any case -. Has defended the mayor of the PSOE is public housing and its residents deserve to live in dignity.
Likewise, Rosa Mar reported that neighbors were contacted in recent days with the Socialist Group to warn that further landslides occurred after days of strong winds on the front and inside of their homes.
The Socialist councilor has informed the Department of Planning and Housing situation, alerting the bad state in which the building and of the dangers for neighbors is found, and has demanded that the municipal PP urgent solution for these families before that "have to regret any misfortune."
"Neither Carmen nor Rachel, nor Dona Juanita would live there if they had any other place to go, because it is a bed every night without living in fear that you might fall on your roof top," stressed Mar Rosa.
