The Socialist Group believes that the new transport protocol between City Hall and Community obeys "electioneering" interests (11/03/2014)

PSOE spokesman, Pedro López, considered that the protocol signed today between the City and the region on public transport is a "blank document proposals and real improvements for residents of Murcia, which is due more to the electoral interests of the PP a real vocation to solve this serious problem in our town. "

For Lopez, "today's photo is the symbol of 19 years of failure of a lousy public transport policy, dismantling residual service to do it and only use it who have no alternative."

PSOE spokesman notes that the content of the protocol is to lie to mourn because it sets an end date of December 2015.

"At the rate we are going maybe its term ends before you agree to the Community and the City have already shown that they are incapable of understanding."

According to López, "both administrations should make a protocol to service areas of Murcia that are incommunicado, without public transport or minimum frequencies, and to end discrimination against the residents of districts paying a more expensive ticket ".

Furthermore, it stresses the Socialist spokesman, "Camera and Sevilla should start once a single price on public transport throughout the city, through a card that allows the free transfers between different bus lines and tram ".
