The Popular Party supports a social tariff that guarantees support for families without resources and a bonus to affected by the rising water table (05/03/2014)

The Murcia Water Council, at its meeting this week, approved the initiative of the representatives of the People's Party, various measures to support families in need.

The first of these measures is the inclusion of a social tariff to ensure support for low-income families.

Thus social funds 300,000 euros to continue supporting the poorest families are increased.

On the other hand, has been given the green light to reduced rates caused by rising water table in their garages and that has affected thousands of families.

For these cases it has approved a 30% reduction in the rate.

These measures, as necessary for Murcia families have not been endorsed by PSOE and IU, who voted against.
