The Museum of Science and Water of Murcia held from 25 to 28 February the Cycle II Kitchen-Science and New Realities.
The program is intended for all foodies seeking to expand their horizons beyond the everyday kitchen.
The objective will be to enhance the flavors that all food is.
The cooking course will present various techniques that will develop low-budget spectacular dishes from vegetables and salads to casseroles and desserts ready vessel by siphons, as well as discovering how the microwave can become an indispensable kitchen companion.
The workshops will be offered from Tuesday to Friday from 17 to 19 hours at the Museum of Science and Water.
The number of participants will be of 50 people, upon registration at the Museum or by email, coordinación.mca @ ayto-murcia.es.
The program is free.
