The National Security and Interoperability Congress has awarded a telematic procedure of expenditure and payment of electricity bills, which has been developed by the Department of Economic Management at the University of Murcia.
The working group has developed this project consists Professor of Financial Economics and coordinator of the Vice President of Finance, Samuel Baixauli, staff management and services José Antonio Cascales, Rafael Ferrando, María del Pacheco Mar and Inés Pérez and researcher Cristina Oliva.
Murcia University has built a set of electronic and telematic management of expenditure and payment method provider of electricity marketer, for applying a functional analysis and simplification of procedures.
This analysis took into account mainly the aspect of reducing delays and time management (backoffice), allowing a reduction in interest expense impacted by this service provider.
Congress-sponsored by the Club of Innovation and supported by the Ministry of Finance, the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces, the Fabrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre, the Ministry of Industry and the CCN-CERT has gathered more than half thousand responsible for all public administrations.
