The Convention Bureau of the City of Murcia continue throughout 2014 promoting the image of the city as the site for meetings, conventions and inventive travel.
Planned activities include the holding of specific presentations in Madrid (March) and Barcelona (June) in order to reach the main national operators.
In these activities, which will be articulated in the form of breakfasts, the Congress Office will convene travel agencies organizing companies so they know firsthand the infrastructure, communications and services the city can offer.
In addition to these specific presentations, Murcia will be present at major special events.
Responsible Office have participated in EFAPCO-the annual meeting of the European Federation of Professional Congress Organizers-and FITUR and have confirmed their presence at IMEX and EIBTM, two international fairs held in Frankfurt (Germany) and Barcelona respectively.
Also, the supply of the city will also be present in the MICE Forum and the assembly of the Spain Convention Bureau.
In Murcia, the Convention Bureau plans to make presentations to various groups, including university and medical scientist, which are usually the most active.
Specifically, they will organize business meetings with officials from the University of Murcia and the UCAM and steering committees of the hospitals in the city.
