The spokesman for IU-Greens in the city of Murcia, Esther Herguedas has called for a plan of terms with their corresponding funding for the construction of the new cultural center Beniaján which announced this week the council is prepared.
IU-Green recalls that the government team has come up with triumphalism building this equipment even though there is currently no more than an idea, since the project is not even drafted and proposed only get procurement "building structure" with a budget of € 300,000 for acting follow after intervention of the Workshop School.
"The PP government team is accustomed to sell smoke and we fear that we are witnessing one of those works that drag and not end" said the mayor of IU-Greens also pointed out that, contrary to what asked the neighbors, municipal budgets did not include any 2014 investment to build the cultural center of Beniaján "so do not have those € 300,000 to next year."
Herguedas, which has been favorable to recourse to the Workshop School, has also pointed out that this system involves long delays resulting from the division of the work and progress of the same depending on whether financing is taken or not.
An example has been the new headquarters of the municipal police in La Alberca, whose construction, which has lasted several years, has more periods of lethargy that activity.
Finally Herguedas recalled the bad experience I have had neighbors Beniaján with the construction of the pool and fitness center, and expected new cultural center in the same situation is not repeated.
