Councilman IU-Greens Murcia, José Ignacio Tornel, has reported today that the president of the municipal board of El Carmen, Miguel Saura has vetoed the filing of a motion in Parliament November vocal IU-Greens and PSOE to reject the 21 percent VAT cultural.
