Murcia City Council has moved a step closer to building the new school Our Lady of Mercy in Puebla de Soto.

The Department of Planning and Housing, as demanded by the Department of Education and neighboring initiated actions to acquire a plot of 500 square meters, located adjacent to the old school, and expand the educational space.

The plenary today gave its approval to the initiative.

The new school, which will build the autonomous region, will rise in the space occupied by the old center and expands with the new lot.
