Murcia has 438,236 inhabitants (28/11/2013)

The full council approved the annual review of the Registration Office.

Thus, as of January 1, 2012, Murcia had 438,236 inhabitants, which is 3,828 less than the previous year

Of these 438,236 Murcia, 223,186 are women and 215,050 are men.

Also 52,316 are foreigners.

Thus, neighborhoods with more registered voters are, in order, El Carmen (20,573), Vistalegre (14,595) and Infante Juan Manuel (13,483).

As for districts, El Palmar is the most populated, with 23,127 people, followed by Bacons Bridge (16,506) and Cabeza de Torres (12,396).

The number of foreigners registered to January 1, 2011 is 52,316, which is 6,826 fewer than in the previous year.

The largest number of resident foreigners coming from Morocco (13,738), Ecuador (7327) and Bolivia (4848).

Curiously, there are stresses that Malawians Murcia, Granada or Djibouti.

There are also 13 stateless persons residing in the township.
