Being a Cultural, rehabilitation works are delicate and must be removed piece by piece components rungs of the ladder and once numbered, proceed to clean and secure storage.
Then we will proceed to the other elements sanitation, ancient ditch, Malecón seawall and ficus root system.
In a second stage will include the construction of new stringer extending the upper landing to allow the advancement of the stairs to get not be affected by the root system exemplary of Ficus macrophylla.
Besides the new stringer away from the affected area of ​​roots and all parts are reset steps will be built.
Sanitation shall also be the root system exemplary of Ficus microphylla, considering the preservation of stability of the tree, removing remnants of civil works.
The lead time is one month and the investment amounts to 26,595 euros.
