The rector of the University of Murcia, José Antonio Cobacho, collect the next Monday, November 25, one of the Meninas prizes, awarded by the Government Delegation for the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.
The prize has been awarded to the Unit for Equality between Women and Men of the educational institution, directed by professor of civil law embodies Serna, for his work on the eradication of violence against women.
They have also been awarded the Avida Association, the Centre for School Coexistence of Education Counseling, Murcia Federation of Housewives, Consumers and Users Thader Correspondents Program and violence.
The Meninas ceremony will be held at 12:00 am in the General Archive of the Region.
Also, at 17:00 pm in the hall of degrees from the Faculty of Law, University of Murcia, Professor Serna embodies moderate the panel discussion "Women and health responses to gender violence."
