The Regional Commission for Livability and Accessibility reported three cases corresponding to the municipality of Murcia, two local conditioning and a restaurant use to improve the access of an apartment building from the street to the elevator.
The Director General of Planning and Housing, Yolanda Muñoz, announced the decision of the Commission, which coordinates the Ministry of Public Works and Planning, which celebrated its thirteenth session.
In the activity carried out advisory body issuing the reports requested by the municipalities on the assessment and analysis of the degree of compliance with the current legislation of habitability in residential buildings and general accessibility.
Muñoz explained that "in addition to reporting projects also makes suggestions and proposals of projects submitted by municipalities".
The said committee is composed of representatives of various ministries, local authorities, public corporations whose business is directly related to the livability and accessibility, as well as representatives of associations of persons with disabilities and consumer associations.
