The Socialist Group considers an injustice to the residents affected by the noises pay the second measurement (09/11/2013)

The PSOE councilor Susana Hernandez considers unacceptable changes in the ordinance of the sound level meter rate by which, from 2014, a neighbor who requested a second measurement of noise levels that affect you, you must pay the fee if the result is negative.

To the socialist mayor, this change in the ordinance leaves citizens in a state of helplessness and seems more a strategy to deter residents affected by noise problems.

Hernandez said that "no citizen asked the City Council to make a noise measurement on a whim, but when it is requested because the discomfort they produce are disrupting normal life and rest conditions".

This is why the Socialist Municipal Group, within the period for comment, submit an amendment to the tax that regulates this rate to avoid this situation of helplessness keep citizens.

Finally, Hernandez reiterated that noise problems remain in effect in many areas of the city and of the districts, and recalls the PSOE's proposal to launch a Pact for Coexistence rest reconciles neighborhood with leisure activities.
