Improvement Works in neighborhoods and districts for more than 288,000 euros (07/11/2013)

A total of eight actions to improve the districts of Murcia have been approved this morning by the Governing Board to award the works.

This is work for footpaths, renovation and installation of street lighting and traffic lights reform in different neighborhoods and districts of the municipality.

The total amount of the proceedings amounted to 288,854.61 euros.

The paving of sidewalks will be held in the districts of Cabeza de Torres, Zarandona, Aljucer, Espinardo and Monteagudo, and will have a lead time not exceeding the month.

Regarding the renewal of the lighting, the performances will take place in Murcia and several streets in the village of La Alberca, with a lead time of four and two months respectively.

The new traffic light installations and reforms carried out in neighborhoods and districts, and have a lead time of two months.
